The Class is designed for people who wish to start a concierge or lifestyle management business. It’s a step-by-step road map that shows you exactly how to get your new company started. From obtaining insurance and forming the company to what services to offer and fee setting, Katharine will talk about it all. How does it work?

Certificate course designed to teach you how to start a successful independent concierge and/or lifestyle management business.  

Software Requirements:
The class is hosted by Digital Chalk and it supports all platforms and operating systems.

Pre-recorded video presentations with PowerPoint. 

44 training modules that are approximately 10-20 minutes in length. It takes about 6 hours to complete, not including the required reading. You can take the course at your own pace anytime day or night. All who complete the course and pass the exam will receive their certificate.

This course can be taken at your leisure. Once you create your account and pay, the class will appear on your dashboard. Please make sure to bookmark the page so that you can go back to it!

Pass the exam at the end of the course
At the end of the course you’ll take a 30-question exam to ensure that you understand the concepts just covered. You’ll have three chances to pass the test. Questions are drawn from the books (The Concierge Manual and Going Above and Beyond) as well as information provided in the course.

Display Your Badge! Your badge may be placed on your website, in your email signature, on your business card, and on your social media profiles including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and the like.

You have 3 months (90 days) to complete the course. There is a $45 reactivation fee if you haven't finished the course within the time frame.

Refund Policy: Once you start the class and download the products, there are no refunds.
