Yes they are. Members can find the eBook in the members library. Non-members can find them as a PDF in our store (giowellgroup.com/shop) or on Amazon.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund you for a book purchase as long as we receive the written request via email (and the book) within 15 days from date of purchase. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. The returned book MUST be in mint condition so that we can resell it. Please include the packing slip with your name, address and email in the package so that we can issue your refund. May I get a refund for a virtual product I downloaded?
eBooks, online classes and other virtual products are not refundable.
Do you ship publications to locations outside the United States?
Yes we do. Please email us and let us know what book you are interested in, how many copies, how fast you would like the book sent and where you are located. We will then email you a customized link that includes the cost of the book and the shipping. Please know that depending on where you are located, it often takes 2 to 4 weeks to get to you. You are responsible for all the import duties and taxes that might incur.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped out within 2 to 3 business days, often sooner.
Virtual products are sent as a PDF via email, so please provide us with a valid email so that we can send you the files.
